NEW SITE RULES

Due to present conditions we have to implement measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.  Cannock Motor Auctions Ltd reserves the right to implement any further measures that may be necessary.  We will appreciate your cooperation in these difficult times and reiterate that these measures MUST be followed to ensure the safety of all.

 
  • As with other establishments, people will be asked to queue to enter the premises observing social distancing rules.
  • No children allowed.
  • Face coverings to be worn inside all buildings.
  • While on site 2 metres social distancing should be observed.
  • Only designated entrances and exits to be used.
  • One way systems to be followed.
  • Hand sanitisers must be used at main and office entrances.
  • Protective screens have been installed to protect our staff and customers. However, please limit the amount of contact with staff.
  • Cannock Motor Auctions Ltd will be holding one auction per week on Saturdays until further notice. We will require all vehicles to be paid for by the following Monday at 4:00pm. The auction premises will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday.
  • Entry on an auction day will only be allowed on registration. ID will be required.
  • To bid, a bidding card must be purchased with a £200 cash deposit. This deposit is refundable on the return of the card providing there are no outstanding bids or purchases.
  • There is a maximum limit of 3 people per bidding card.
  • Bidding cards will be available from Thursday in the office.
 

Any person not following site rules will be asked to leave the premises and registration withdrawn.

Christmas 2021:

Last auction of 2021 is on Saturday 18th December

Closed Tuesday 21st December

Open for entries on Thursday 6th January 2022

First auction of the new year on Saturday 6th January 2022

 

Entry fee: Any vehicle 1st auction £15 (inc VAT)

2nd and 3rd Auctions £10 each (inc VAT)

4th Auction No Reserve
Commission: 6% (min charge £40) +VAT
Buyer Indemnity Rate: £35 up to £700 and £5 per £300 thereafter

(We challenge you to find a better rate anywhere)

 

Cheques for sellers issued within 4 working days

 

Opening Times

Monday, Thursday and Friday: 10am until 5pm (closed Tuesday and Wednesday)
Saturday: 9am until 2pm approx.

 

Vehicles accepted for auction Thursday and Fridays 10am-4.30pm and Saturday morning from 9am

 

Entries accepted subject to available space (Entries close when each auction is full)

 

Catalogues available one hour before each sale priced at £2.00 each

 

What do I need to bring along?
Sellers must provide V5 document
Current MOT certificate (if available)
